Shipping

• Orders received before 12:00 pm CST on Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be shipped the same day. All other orders generally ship within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order we will notify you of the reason for the delay. Any orders paid by e-check payments will be shipped once the check has cleared.
• Most orders are shipped USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to call us at 1-866-540-7260 to confirm availability of stock and the best method of shipment to get your order to you on schedule.
• Our alternate shipping method is UPS Ground or UPS 2nd day. We cannot ship UPS orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. We do not ship UPS for Saturday delivery.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation via email on the same date of shipment. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at 1-866-540-7260 to follow up on the order.

APO/FPO Shipping

• As a service to our troops, all APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail free of charge. Some restrictions may apply with delivery, however, we do our best to assure the orders are received at these locations. We confirm all APO/FPO zip codes through Oconus.com for validity prior to shipping.

International Shipping Restrictions & Information

• All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our product to your country.
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not be able to issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges.
• You will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.
